St. Louis Rams vs. Indianapolis Colts

The St. Louis Rams took the field for the first time since January. Quarterback Sam Bradford spoke about the losses down to week 17. Obviously that loss motivated him and the rest of the team. The starters played sharp on both sides of the ball. Key players stood tall and the jump start to an easy 17-3 lead after one quarter and then some of the game.
Summary:
Both the starting offense and defense and start moving as a unit. Quintin Mikell S Freeagent also ended the Indianapolis Colts' first drive almost as soon as it began with an interception. That suit was largely due to the pressure at the front and tight coverage by the rest of the defensive back, exactly what you wanted to see. That INT was easily converted into a touchdown by Sam Bradford and the offense. He connected with rookie TE Lance Kendricks, who ran a beautiful route over the middle and hit two defenders to get into the end zone. The defense got burned once on a 41-pass to Justin King in coverage, but other than that, the defense just did not beat much.
They were not perfect, there was plenty of pre-season rust and butterflies for some of the rookies. You really pleased with what the Rams first team did tonight.
Many more, including the individual performances that stood out after the jump.
